Refund policy
At Isla Swim S.L. ("Isla Swim", "we", "us"), we want you to love your swimwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Spanish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the deadline expires by contacting us at islaswim@islaswim.es. You may use a clear written statement (email) for this purpose.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
- The hygiene seal / protective liner must be intact and in place. For reasons of hygiene and health protection, we cannot accept returns of swimwear where the protective hygiene strip has been removed, or where the item shows signs of having been worn.
- In their original packaging.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at islaswim@islaswim.es with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the items securely and ship them back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at islaswim@islaswim.es within a reasonable period. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity. In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, the fastest way is to return your original item (following the process above) and place a new order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are subject to the same return rights described above.
