General Information
At Isla Swim S.L. we process every order with care and speed. Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies automatically to all destinations when the order total is equal to or greater than €400, calculated on the product price after any discounts, before shipping is added.
Shipping to Spain
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, additional customs formalities and costs may apply upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
International Shipping
Delivery times for international shipments are estimates and may be affected by customs controls, local public holidays or other circumstances beyond Isla Swim's control.
The customer is responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and additional fees that may apply in the destination country. Isla Swim is not liable for any customs delays or additional costs arising from them.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delivery Issues
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct.
- Asking neighbours or your building's reception in case the package was collected on your behalf.
- Contacting us at islaswim@islaswim.es with your order number within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.
If a product arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us with photographs of the damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at islaswim@islaswim.es. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Isla Swim is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs arising from this will be charged to the customer.
